No phone verification code

I couldn't receive the phone verification code; so I couldn't create any notebook. I read the phone section of https://studiolab.sagemaker.aws/faq, checked the previous issues, and confirmed the following:

  • it's a GB (+44) number
  • it's not a VoIP nor landline number
  • it's in a valid E.164 format
  • it's categorised as "mobile" (confirmed with my carrier)

I tried multiple times using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Brave in Mac, Firefox, Chrome in Ubuntu), but never succeeded.
