Add the troubleshooting for the fatal problem

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a developer, the troubleshooting to resolve the fatal trouble should be written in the document. For example, can not launch the project etc.

Add the description to Trouble shooting. Trouble shooting

• If you faced the problem such as you can not launch the project, to delete and recreate the account is one of the solutions. It is similar to factory reset. Your email is already approved so that waiting time for approval will be short.
• When you can launch the project, you can reflesh the environment by deleting the following environments.
  • default , studiolab , studiolab-safemode (please refer https://github.com/aws/studio-lab-examples/issues/75)

I think there should be an option to allow users to reset their environment to defaults, including removing user-installed packages.
