The links on the preview page do not open despite clicks

Describe the bug The links on the preview page on the SageMaker Studio Lab do not work.

For example: Machine Learning University

If we click "Natural Language Processing", it does not open the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Machine Learning University
2. Click on "Natural Language Processing"
3. The link does not open the window.

Expected behavior The link should open the linked page.
