Toolkit installed but disappear from the available options from the list

I installed the plugin in the organization (marketplace marked as installed) I go to the organization, then project and fill the access key id and secret, and also the connection name. Then, press save and get the error: azure devops Unable to find service connection type 'AWS' using authentication scheme 'UsernamePassword'

Then, I try to refresh the screen and the aws option disappeared from the list of available service connection

To reproduce

1. Go to marketplace and install the plugin
2. Go to add service connection and fill the fields
3. Click on save and error show off

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. Do other service connections work?

One thing to try could be re-installing the extension. The error message makes it seem like AZDO doesn't think the extension exists despite the UI showing otherwise.
