Feature request: Add PHP 8.5 support - CodeBuild

Today, PHP 8.5 got released (20 Nov 2025): https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

Could you provide a CodeBuild runtime version for php: 8.5 for the current CodeBuild images?

Just a heads up that PHP 8.5 support was merged. It's now supported on phpenv
