Also need to update the docs https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codebuild/latest/userguide/runtime-versions.html

Ruby 3.4.1 support is not mentioned even though its in the standard images https://github.com/aws/aws-codebuild-docker-images/blob/master/ubuntu/standard/7.0/Dockerfile#L366

If i knew where these docs were located I would send a PR.
