Please update glibc

The current glibc version on all standard containers is 2.34. This is pretty far behind the current. Specifically public.ecr.aws/codebuild/amazonlinux2-aarch64-standard:3.0 for my use case.

amazonlinux2-aarch64-standard:3.0 was just updated a few hours ago to include updated frameworks. Is there a reason that system libs are being excluded from updates?

The glibc on amazonlinux2-aarch64-standard:3.0 images comes from Amazon Linux 2023 base images. Based on the public doc, the latest glibc version that Amazon Linux offers is 2.34.
