I have AWS Config Service enabled. However, when I use the cloud formation template, I get an error

Have you set the AlreadyHaveConfigSetup CFN parameter to Yes as per the prerequisites: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/workload-discovery-on-aws/prerequisites.html#verify-aws-config-is-set-up?
