Most resources not discovered

Describe the bug The Cloudformation stacks have succesfully been deployed, but most resources are not being discovered. The regions + accounts are fine, just not the amount of resources and their types. Only three types of resources are being discovered. I've added the logfiles from the ecs container. It does seem te contain errors, but the errors are very vague.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Just checking the workload discovery web app tells you only three types of recourses have been discovered.

Expected behavior There should be manyyyyy resource types such as buckets,ecs, eks, ec2, rds, lambda etc

Steps taken I've cleared the Neptune db and retriggered the discovery lambda. I followed the troubleshooting steps in https://aws-solutions.github.io/workload-discovery-on-aws/workload-discovery-on-aws/2.0/debugging-the-discovery-component.html

Additional context Solution deployed on management account in AWS Organisation. Deployed latest version via official AWS docs.
