Feature request: SageMaker notebook support

It would be nice to have support for SageMaker notebooks since they're just EC2 under the hood.

This is an interesting idea @jmcwhirter. Any chance you can create a small PR that includes the functionality? I am consolidating PRs/changes now to be included in the next release of this solution.
