FIX: Updating local paths and CF templates according the scripts output structure

Issue #, if available: There was a problem because the deployment scripts generated paths that did not correspond to those defined in the Cloudformation templates and this generated errors that prevented the StackSet from being correctly deployed.

Description of changes: These routes have been corrected and the documentation updated. Some scripts have also been included to facilitate the sequential execution of deployment and deletion if applicable.
