Offline Installation

Hello, I downloaded the visx and ran the "code --install-extension" but got a local cert error. My understanding is that has to do with a proxy server error but this environment is entirely offline hence the need for an offline install.

Am I correct? And if so is there visx that is entirely offline? I do have the RedHat YAML installed.
