End the Chatbot session ?

Hello, We currently have an Amazon Lex chatbot integrated into our website and are looking for the best way to terminate the session when the close button is clicked.

Currently, when the chat window is closed, the session appears to remain active instead of resetting. We would like to ensure that the session is properly refreshed upon closing.

Could you advise on the recommended approach for achieving this?
