Bubbled up new config values to the master CFT

Adding four new fields to the CFT template that were previously only available by modifying the config directly after deployment: "minButtonContent": "backButton" "messageMenu" "hideButtonMessageBubble"

Renamed the help text parameter to make it more clear that its related to the Help Intent of the bot
