Many partner-resold customers do not have Management account permissions, and partners are also unwilling to create this role, So it is good to add this support

Making sure I understand the request, do you want to have AHA deployed (in non-org mode) to every account in the organization? Would you want to use the same or different Slack/Teams/Email endpoints in each account?

AWS User Notifications is another option either for the organization or individual accounts.
