feat(typescript/quicksight): Add an example that creates a useable dataset in Quicksight

This PR adds a TypeScript Example for setting up a Quicksight dataset and the resources needed to do so. This can then be used in Quicksight to create an analysis of the provided world population data.

This example has been created during Pair programming and worked on by: @carreque @KathiHae @sebs @SGhotra1
