App management permisions

I keep getting the popup of "App management permissions are required for enroll-ec2-mac to run. Please grant them by clicking Allow in the notification (or in System Settings -> Privacy -> App Management) and clicking the switch next to osascript." However, there is no notification and I have added osascript to App management (please see attachment). I'm at a loss, I don't know how to get this to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
