Getting error when trying to deploy a quick start template

Template: SQL Server with Always On Replication on the AWS Cloud Quick Start Reference Deployment

Getting this error and the stack keeps rolling back: Embedded stack arn:aws:cloudformation:us-east-1:223932218058:stack/dkSQL-WSFC1-VPCStack-14EYF3AO85SC0/2301e200-d509-11eb-b166-12b95c73a183 was not successfully created: The following resource(s) failed to create: [NAT1EIP, NAT2EIP, PublicSubnet1RouteTableAssociation]. Any ideas how to fix this?
