[Bug]: Migrated data sources with no basic authentication information

Is it a permission issue?

• [x] I have a valid AWS CLI session.
• [x] I'm using an IAM role with the necessary permissions.
• [x] If migrating from a Grafana server, I used an active API key with ADMIN permissions.

What is your environment, configuration and the example used?

Source Grafana Server v9.5.21 (Enterprise)

Destination Amazon Managed Grafana v10.4.1 (Enterprise)

Plugins (both) Prometheus v5.0.0 New Relic v4.0.3 Splunk v4.3.0

Additional Information

The Basic Authentication fields of the data sources (Prometheus, New Relic, Prometheus) are empty.

The required data source plugins are not installed during the migration, I had to install them manually on a fresh workspace.
