[Feature] Automated replacement of AngularJS panels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

During the migration from Grafana Server (v9) to Amazon Managed Grafana (v10) multiple panels show the warning message This panel requires Angular (deprecated).

Describe the solution you'd like

A flag on the migrate command that will trigger the replacement of those panels.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manual replacement: Engage dashboard owners in the manual replacement of each panel, cumbersome. Third-Party Tool: Using any tool that provides high-level API access to control a Browser would allow to traverse all the dashboards and replace the Panels one by one, saving all the changes on the dashboard in last step.

Grafana Labs provides some documentation about the exact replacement for each of the old Panels.
