Description

Sometimes, AWS::CloudFormation::WaitCondition resource fails to create with error "Unparsable WaitCondition data". The error indicates the WaitCondition response data is not parsable. However, it does not explain why the data cannot be parsed.

It would be great if detailed information can be displayed in stack events along with "Unparsable WaitCondition data". May be conditions when such error can occur.
