Analytics - Update Endpoint API support

Add support for updateEndpoint on the iOS library, like JS has: https://docs.amplify.aws/lib/analytics/getting-started/q/platform/js#update-endpoint

The escape hatch process is complex and poorly documented. I could only find it here: https://github.com/awsdocs/amazon-pinpoint-developer-guide/blob/master/doc-source/mobile-sdk-ios-register.md
