Allow setting the deployment configuration

Can you allow deploymentConfigName to be passed in as a deployment parameter in the code deploy?

I realize there are a lot of parameters you may be considering supporting, but this one in particular would give us more control on how our deployments are rolled out during a manual deployment flow.

I am just asking to configure default configurations (All-At-Once, Linear-10 % ever 5 minutes, etc).
