Add cover image support to header function

On standard page templates, when an image is used it appears centred on the page as the post thumbnail. Similarly, the header image set in the customiser appears below the actual page header text, looking rather strange and out of place.

Either replacing this functionality or integrating with something like the Multi Post Thumbnails plugin to add support for a "Cover Image" to the page templates would make it really easy to create modern page layouts. Here is an example of one: https://listify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/

@amdrew, while this is a good idea it probably should not be in the core Themedd build.
