Add Certification section

This would be useful for many non-developers working in IT.

Hey could you elaborate a bit on what all information this would enclose? I personally don't have much idea about this. Any example resume where certifications are listed?

I think something like this would be ideal.

• Certification Name
• (optional) License number
• Date Range certificate is valid
