Make `belongs_to` dynamic filter

Maybe the first iteration could be just using a dropdown with all the possible values. This will definitely be a bad experience for apps that have many options.

The second iteration should use a comboxo/multiselect thingie. Maybe the tags field for now 🤷‍♂️
