Make generated prisms @NullMarked if jspecify is available

With avaje-prisms, marking the entire module as @NullMarked, using methods like ExamplePrism.getInstanceOn which appear to be nullable, are not marked @Nullable.

The generators avaje has actually also do not seem to be @NullMarked. Would this be desirable?
