Elan has released Intel and Arm version

Elan now has a version for Intel chips and Arm chips the current recipe is downloading the Arm version and gives no option to specify a version to download. https://archive.mpi.nl/tla/elan/download

This should now be fixed. The recipe downloads the Intel version by default and to get the Apple Silicon version, you can set the ARCH variable to "M1".
