Better Logging Possibilites for FastDownward

Issue: When trying to debug problems with FastDownward and enabling backend logs like described here only fixed log files are possible. When testing for multiple parallel runs this leads to conflicts of the logs.

Solution: Add the timestamp at the end of the logfile.
