Outdated README and build problems.

Hi, Your README is outdated - Examples how to use transactions, method addAsset is not longer available. Also weird is that gradlew install is working (creates 0.1 RELEASE jar) fine on my PC but mvn clean install have tests error ( attachment build_result.txt). I am using Java 10 SDK but project java language level is set to Java 8, Windows 10. Regards, Adam
