I couldn't reproduce this on Ubuntu 20.04 on AArch64 with node v14.17.1. I do see better-sqlite3@7 is available. Looking at the [better-sqlite3 v7.0.0 release notes](https://github.com/JoshuaWise/better-sqlite3/releases/tag/v7.0.0) it looks like it should...

The bug here is that the `body` reply fallback is invalid per the spec. Looks like the `formatted_body` reply fallback is fine, oddly enough.
