App blur effect is off when activating the window switcher (alt + tab)

I understand app blur is in beta so just FYI. This behavior is consistent with all hack levels Screencast (Sorry about the bad screencast quality, I used the default Ubuntu snap app, the fading of the blur effect is still visible)

Can confirm, happens with me as well. In addition to the app/window switcher, it also when any child dialog is opened in the target app, blur disappears while opacity/transparency remains (e.g. checking properties of a folder in Nautilus).
