Feature Request: Is it possible to blur inactive/unfocused windows?

Currently I like using the Shade Inactive Windows extension to dim the brightness of unfocused windows. As I was fiddling with this extension I start to think how it might be neat to add a blur effect to this.

Would this be something achievable via this extension, blurring unfocused windows?

Hello and yes, that could be possible, especially with the last additions (application blur). I will however not include this right now, as there are some problems to the implementation (the corners would not be rounded, which is a big problem with gtk4 apps especially), and because of a lack of time; however in some months I could try to work on this!
