how to install Phantomjs 2.0

is it possible for someone to do a tutorial on how to install phantomjs on windows. I have no idea what the hell I am doing

I can't confirm if this works as my server runs CentOS, but there is a prebuilt Windows version here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/phantomjs/cgTH-jqCSGg

I can't get Phantomjs qt5 installed. phantomjs -v keeps saying 1.7.9 after compiling PhantomJS-qt5 from source. Also when I install phantomjs with NPM it says 1.7.9.
