downloadCSV getting all data with remote

Hi,

when i try to get all data with setting the flag of "true", we get only the actual table grid, not all data? also in your example at https://gijgo.com/LiveEdit/Index/grid.Export.downloadCSV.Remote.Data.html it's not working.

When we click on download all, normally the ajax request should fired again, or not? For example i've more than 1.000 Records, but i'm showing allways 20 pcs per page, but when we call to getall download, all 1000 records should be downloaded, right?
