Columns should not be allowed to be resized under 0

Hi, when I try to resize columns in the grid, I think I should not be able to resize them bellow 0px. I have also observed, that in some cases, when width is set to 0 by resize, it is then automatically computed and set to some value. This behavior is also not expected.
