Month name first letter capitalization problem

The messages files for Italian, spanish and french have capitalized month names and shortnames when the standard requires lowercase names. This represents a problem when Datepicker (or datetimepicker) is used in conjunction with Moment.js as it follows the standard and data passed with moment.js in the middle shows weird results in Datepicker.
