Grammatical errors in CODE_OF_CONDUCT

Describe the bug There are some grammatical errors in the code of conduct file. Like:

  1. "to making" under the heading "Our Pledge"
  2. "that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct,". It can be improved by replacing "aligned to" with "aligned with". Similarly, many sentence structures can be improved.

To Reproduce See CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file (better to copy it to google docs and use Grammarly).
