improve download and launch button text

Buttons currently say "Download" and "Interactive Tutorial Notebook". Want to reorder buttons to make Binder link first and bigger and improve text. Should include the word Launch. Maybe add Play button icon. Is there a UI standard we can follow.

Also need to have standard text at the top of each notebook with pip install instructions and what not.
