How to find contractors

Do we want to use Fiverr or Something similar to find folks to do website and other non-Astro specific things.

With the job ads and other things that we do now, is this still relevant? I don't know what Fiverr is, so I am inclined to say no.

We also have a doc (somewhere) that outlines where to recruit from.

There's a Google doc (not linked here, because it's relying on security by obscurity to stop the whole world editing it!) that has some notes, and says:

This document should (eventually) be converted to markdown and moved to astropy-project/policies

I suggest we keep this issue open until that's been done. :-)

Google doc sent to CoCo for review. Maybe we'll just make a short markdown file that links to the google doc.

CoCo has discussed and approves making the google doc public with caveats. The document is a compilation of things we have done in the past which can be used as starting points and is not really a "guide".
