Add Penpot css.gg template link

Hey @astrit, thank you for this wonderful project!

I’ve created a css.gg icons library/template for Penpot users.

The file is listed on the Penpot Libraries & Templates collection and can be downloaded directly from the GitHub file. I have credited your work in both the file itself and in the blog post I wrote about using icons from a shared library in Penpot.

Thank you very much for this contribution. Looks awesome, and much appreciated the attribution, I did also read the article and it is super good.

I hope that everyone would do this, exactly what you did.

Unfortunately I had to do some drastic changes because of now several times some other projects were using it as a CDN pretty much 1/1 clone. As a consequence it caused the expenses to skyrocket with requests going to millions per day.

You might have noticed project going offline several times past weeks and as result I have converted the entire site static and hosted now on Github Pages so some of the features are not available any longer.

As a consequence I had also to update the licence to prevent such things from happening in the future.

If you don't mind to check again if everything is working as it should in your end! Note that the previous versions are still valid under the MIT licence.
