When using store code in URL's it doesn't mention it properly

This URL gives a 404: http://local.shopname.com/mymodule/index/index

This module show as if everything is working fine, but the URL should be: http://local.shopname.com/storename/mymodule/index/index

Confirmed known issue -- guess who doesn't work with store codes in URL much :)

Open to pull requests to fix -- otherwise I'll add it to the backlog.
