Update OAuth endpoints

This is a reminder to check all of the OAuth packages before the next release to make sure their endpoint addresses are current. We know the Facebook one is stale. This doesn't cause any functional problems until a provider makes real breaking changes, but it can cause some warnings about using stale addresses.
