Adds support for asciidoctor-lists

asciidoctor-lists is a lightweight asciidoctor extension that adds a list of figures, a list of tables, or a list of anything you want! It is convinient and because it is used by more and more people I think it would make sense to directly include it in the docker-asciidoctor.

Hello @mojavelinux , as I'm not aware of this project, what are your insights on this? It sounds a nice proposal, however I wonder if it is expected to embed extensions in the official image (maybe a case for the yet-to-be-done "box" image) ?

Thanks for checking in @Alwinator . Alas no date yet, as some unevaluated time is needed in order to split the actual image in 2/3 images: one "official" minimalist, 1 with the "official + recommended asciidoctor tools" and eventually 1 "community" image.

I also need an advise from maintainers on the community as I did not follow closely recent changes
