Author seem to not render

I have tried using the various methods of including the author and it doesn't render.

The author and revision info doesn't currently show in embeddable output, which is what Chrome is showing.

This is something that needs to be explained clearer in the user manual.

I was able to get the author to render via the CLI to html5 & pdf which is why I thought it a bug in the chrome extension. Thanks for your response. I appreciate your work.
