Deck.js backend does not support block_audio

When a page contains a block_audio :

audio::audio/ocean_waves.mp3[options="autoplay,loop"]

asciidoctor generates this message :

Couldn't find a view in @views for block_audio

If you want, you can just copy the block_audio.html.haml file from the html5 backend into the deck.js backend and send a pull request. If you want to modify the structure of the content, feel free to do so.
