  Tax Identification Number (TIN): 15 digits. The first digit is for the number of country in the GCC. The next 8 digits are randomly generated for the registering entity. The 10th digit is a check digit. The next 3 digits are designated for the branches of the same entity. The last 2 digits are for the type of tax that is being collected (03 represents VAT).
