Problem: CAS does not set Email address

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enable CAS
2. Login to CAS
3. New user is created but the email address field is not filled out, and cannot be edited since the plugin does not have those fields included.

Expected Behavior

Email address should pull from CAS attributes
