kzg10::PreparedVerifierKey is never used

Neither in kzg10 nor in marlin_pc.

If you still plan to employ it, please notice that it contains precomputed powers of the generator as g1 prepared. It may worth considering wNAF instead, or at least use E::G1Projective::batch_normalization_into_affine.
