Add CP-6 and CP-12 curve models for pairing

I feel it would be helpful to have CP-6 and CP-12 models, or, we should call it ATE pairing for 3->6 and 2->6->12, it is not MNT-specific.

My hunch is that one might be able to "abuse" the MNT-6 for CP-6.

For CP-12, it would be generalizing the code here, actually not very long: https://github.com/DZK-Labs/ark-yafa/blob/main/src/yafa_146/curves/mod.rs#L39

The goal is to refresh the EIP-1962 implementation and reduce its maintenance cost.
